In recent years, the electronics component industry has seen a proliferation of counterfeit components penetrating the supply chain.
With over two decades of hands-on experience identifying and eliminating risks and counterfeit threats, we are accomplished in taking all necessary proactive measures to ensure our customers receive only authorized and genuine components.
Our Anti-Counterfeit Measures Assure the Delivery of Genuine Components for Customers
NetSource adopts a zero tolerance anti-counterfeit Policy. We will only ship products that pass our rigorous testing methods and determined to be authentic. We make no exception to this policy.
Our comprehensive internal Level 1 and third-party Level 2 inspection programs are a testament to our anti-counterfeit commitment.
Inspection Levels
Level 1 Inspection
We realize the importance that genuine products hold for your business, and ultimately your brand. NetSource has developed a thorough in-house Level 1 inspection and verification process for all assets received in our warehouse.
Any product that does not pass the Level 1 inspection or deemed to be suspect is immediately identified as non-conforming and placed in quarantine. A non-conformity report is then generated and processed. These reports are reviewed by the NetSource Management team to categorize, quantify and analyze non-conformances to detect trends and identify the need for corrective and preventative actions.
Level 2 Inspection
Level 2 inspection offers an extended layer of end-to-end counterfeit prevention. We are partnered with several premier test facilities across the US. These third-party test facilities certify components based on MIL and IDEA standards.
