We typically respond within 24 hours. If your request is urgent, please call us directly for expedited assistance. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Yes — submitting an RFQ is not an order. If you need to update part numbers, quantities, or date code preferences after submitting the form, just let us know. Once you receive a quote, you can review it and request changes before confirming an order. Please note that once an order is confirmed, most are non-cancelable and non-returnable (NCNR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Standard payment terms are Net 30 from invoice date. Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimated, and partial shipments may occur.

You must report any damage, shortage, or discrepancy within 5 days of delivery. Returns require a valid RMA and items must be in original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.
